Eclipse !
These can work quite well in a web app. Of course I have made the mistake in the past (well I still do) of only providing icons - the "hieroglyphic" user interface it is sometimes called. Whoops. Well they are nice complement to text, buttons, menus etc, if used sparingly can draw the eye to what matters, and provide a little consistency. Plus they don't look too out of place on different operating systems.
The eclipse people have done a great job !
